RFQ# 25-006 Owner's Project Management Services PVTA Bus O&M Facility Expansion/Electrification

The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is seeking proposals from qualified Owner’s Project Management (OPM) firms for services relating to the construction of a new 50,000 (+/-) square foot addition to its Bus O&M Facility at 655 Cottage Street, Springfield, MA 01104 for a new paint and body preparation shop, additional indoor bus storage for 32 fixed-route buses, and installation of 20 pantograph electric bus chargers. A non-mandatory Preproposal Presentation will be held virtually via videoconference on January 7, 2025 at 2:00 PM EST. A link to the meeting will be issued in an addendum when it is available.
