Paratransit Service
The PVTA provides ADA paratransit service for people with disabilities. This service provides a shared-ride, door-to-door van transportation for individuals that prevent them from riding the city bus service. PVTA provides paratransit service throughout the Pioneer Valley within 3 / 4 mile of a city route.
Senior Van Service
PVTA offers door-to-door demand-responsive accessible van service to seniors over the age of 60 throughout the PVTA's 24 member communities. Senior Service trips are provided on a space available basis with priority given to certified ADA passengers in accordance with federal law.
Senior Van Service operates from 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM in most communities. Please see Senior Van Service hours to verify times for your community.
