RFP #24-004 Security Services

The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is requesting proposals from a firm (s) to provide unarmed security services for its facilities located in Holyoke, Springfield and Westfield, Massachusetts. Proposal documents may be obtained at www.pvta.com, calling the PVTA at 413.732.6248 Ext. 2216 or emailing to: ssheehan@pvta.com. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, March 6th, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the PVTA Administration Offices, 2808 Main Street, Springfield, MA to outline security service requirements, provide overview of each facility layout, and to provide the opportunity for questions and explanations. Proposals shall be submitted to Sandra Sheehan, Pioneer Valley Transit Authority, 2808 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01108, on or before 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27, 2024
