SATCo RFP-Q to Supply Diesel Fuel

REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION TO QUOTE AND SUPPLY DIESEL FUEL The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is seeking firms interested in pre-qualifying to provide fixed-price quotes and/or fixed NYMEX differentials for the supply of #2, red-dyed ultra low-sulfur diesel fuel. PVTA’s annual diesel fuel requirement is approximately 966,000 gallons. Information pertaining to the pre-solicitation qualification process may be obtained by emailing a request to SATCORFQ@PVTRANSIT.COM with “FY25 Diesel Fuel” in the subject line. The request should include a mailing address and contact information. Alternatively, a request may be mailed to “Fuel Qualification” PVTA, 665 Cottage Street, Springfield, MA 01104. Pre-qualification responses are due by March 1, 2024 at 2:30 PM EST.
