RFQ #20-004 Facility Management Consulting Services

The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is seeking qualifications from interested parties to provide facility management consulting services for the develop a Bus Maintenance Facility Planning Program for PVTA's new Bus Operating and Maintenance (O&M) Facility located at 665 Cottage Street Springfield, MA. The specifics of the RFQ are set forth in the supporting documents attached hereto and made a part hereof. PVT A anticipates negotiating a contract (based on available funding) for a specific scope of services with the firm deemed most qualified for this project.
The Proposals are due November 19, 2019 at 2pm.
