Director of Maintenance at SATCo
Springfield Area Transit Company has an outstanding position available within our senior management team. The Director of Maintenance oversees and directs the day-to-day maintenance activities for the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority's vehicle fleet and facilities at our brand new state-of-the art Operations & Maintenance Facility. Overall responsibilities include supervising 50 maintenance department employees, developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures, worksite training programs, and environmental and workplace safety initiatives; and ensuring compliance with all related federal, state and local regulations.
