RFP #22-005 - Mid-Life Transit Vehicle Overhaul Program

The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is requesting proposals for the refurbishing/repair of up to sixteen (16) New Flyer Xcelsior 40ft buses and up to one (1) New Flyer Xcelsior 35ft bus at Cottage Street, Springfield, MA. Proposals shall be submitted to Jeffrey Lynes, Pioneer Valley Transit Authority, 2808 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01108, on or before 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 12, 2021. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned to the Proposer unopened
