The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes for snow removal services for key bus stops within the City of Springfield MA. The PVTA requires snow be removed from bus stop locations following snow storms to provide a safe waiting, boarding, and de-boarding area for its passengers.
