Mobility Trainer at PVTA

This grant funded position will help train elders and individuals with disabilities to gain greater independence through access and use of fixed-route public transportation. The mobility trainer will conduct needs assessments, develop training plans and conduct individual and small group training sessions to help individuals learn to use fixed-route bus service. Hours vary, up to 37.5 hours/week. This is a temporary position for a period of up to 18-months, with possibility of continued employment based on grant availability.
