This hands-on position is responsible for managing all department operations, streamlining department operations on an on-going basis; coordinating and monitoring the appropriate handling of claims and litigation consistent with Best Claims Practices; developing and implementing all policies and procedures related to claims management; and performing a variety of duties related to claims including but not limited to investigation, resolution, and alternate settlement options.
