Customer Service Representatives (English & Spanish) are available to assist transit riders from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Customer Service will assist you with: schedules & route maps, fares, passes schedule changes, alerts, senior, paratransit services , feedback & complaints, photo IDs and lost & found.
